The fabrication business unit was established in 1993. In 1994, the first project of four PVC calender lines was completed and put into operation.

After years of expansion, the department has developed into a production unit with seven PVC calendering lines, two laminating lines, one printing lines, and one compound line with an annual capacity of 45,000-ton PVC film, 10-million-yard laminated products and 30-million-yard printed products.

Majority of the products are sold in the North America, Europe, and Asia. Furthermore, our professional R&D team, with our strong technical capabilities, has been granted with a lot of national patents in the recent years. The team design and develop products based on customized requirements. 

In addition, Huasu plays an active part in the manufacture of green products, which comply with the environmental protection requirements of Reach, RoHS, CHCC, low VOC, and Prop 65. The company also has a perfect quality control system and uses advanced local and foreign test equipment, thus ensuring stable and quality products, as well as good services for its customers.
